Nourishing Thirst | Poetry

I awaited once more for balance and motivation to fill a piece of my day,

To see as I felt a sway of gentle clarity.

I had to mind my language as my temper fuelled with ferocity,

My gaze became stern, and seemingly had flow to history,

On each journey which I embark I remind myself of my thirst.
