Gina Robinson 

Director / 


Gina has over 25 years of professional experience in the community care sector. She has qualifications in Disability, and special interests in Mental Health, Dual-Diagnosis, and Psychology. Gina established Arnica Community Care as a consultancy service around 2004 - and the rest is history! 

Yanie Drysdale 

Manager / 


Yanie has a professional background in Law & Mental Health, and has special interests in advocacy, diversity, and equal opportunity. She has been our manager since 2017, and is a fantastic support/backbone for the team. She is also a knowledge-base for all things NDIS!  

Belinda Brister

NDIS Accounts / 


Belinda has been a part of our team since 2018 and has around a decade of professional experience in her role. She embraces the ongoing challenges that come with working in the community care sector and likes that each day is different!

Violeta Taleski

Human Resources / 


Violeta joined our team in 2021. She is a mother to 2 boys, and has been in the admin/hr industry for 20 years across various roles. Violeta is passionate about safeguarding employee wellbeing and making sure this translates well with client care and support! In her spare time she enjoys socialising and catching up with friends for brunch.

Grace Manzella 

Accommodation Manager; Behaviour Support & Training / 


Grace has been working within various fields of the community care sector for over 10 years. She has professional qualifications in Disability, Primary Education, Mental Health, and Community Services. She has a special interest in supporting people with ASD and/or co-morbidities, and providing in-depth training that "fills the gap"! 

Eveleen Hally

Specialist Support Coordinator & Team Leader / 


Eve has been a part of our team for over 4 years. She has qualifications in mental health and counselling, and has a special interest in supporting people with dual-diagnoses and psychosocial disabilities. Originally from New Zealand, Eve enjoys spending time with her "fur babies" - Norman the bunny, and Ralph the puppy! 

Estelle Zileski

Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach / 


Estelle has been a valued member of our team since 2020. She is a quick learner and always embraces challenges head-on. Estelle is currently studying Counselling/Psychology. She has a special interest in supporting people with disabilities/mental health conditions who also identify as part of the queer/LGBTQIA+ community.

Vivian Le

Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach / 


Vivian joined our team in 2021. She has professional experience in Youth Justice (and has a special interest in this area). She also is able to speak some Vietnamese! Vivian enjoys being able to proactively help people in her current role, and seeing the follow-through and progress of people she supports. In her spare time Vivian enjoys tending to her plants and volunteering! 

Julia Tricarico

Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach / 


Julia joined our team in 2021. She has qualifications in mental health, as well as health sciences, and generally enjoys supporting people with a goal-orientated approach. Julia comes from an Italian family and, in her spare time, likes to keep active and play football!

Michelle Crain


Michelle joined our office team in 2021. She comes with professional experience in retail and administration, and has previously worked as an Integration Aide. Michelle's communication and customer service skills are a great asset to our team! 

Grace Caruso


Grace has been a part of our team since 2019. Before this, she was a homemaker for 21 years - but don't discount his! Grace has a wealth of knowledge simply from being a mum to 4 kids and "Nonna" to 10 grandchildren! Grace's favourite part of the job is feeling empowered about being in the workforce again!
