Editor's Note: It seems like 2022 has been longer than only a few months... there is a lot happening in the world at the moment. So I think time lapses are only natural when we're focused on, essentially, survival. My way of saying...sorry for the delay! I know 2021 seems like it's long gone. I think it's also safe to say the last few years have been, at the very least, challenging for a lot of us. As a reflection exercise, our authors were asked to 'interview' their friends, family, and/or support workers.

What is something you did in 2021 that you think you will remember for the rest of your life?
Scotty: working with great workers

What is something that was hard for you at the start of 2021, but is easy now?
Scotty: managing my diabetes
