With Yanie and Gina as our strong female leads, and a head office team of (mainly) women, it feels fitting to share something today empowering the females around us (cis, transgender, or other femme-affirming identities). The theme for #IWD22 this year is #BreakTheBias.

Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead.
Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field...
Together, we can all break the bias - on International Women's Day (IWD) and beyond.
Cross your arms to show solidarity.
